Beautiful Lake George cottage and lakefront in Hague

Lovely lakefront cottage with 63 feet of sandy beachfront and dock and mooring privileges.  Renter is able to bring a boat up to 22 feet long.   Cottage has two bedrooms that will sleep six and a convertible leather couch in the living room that will sleep an additional two people. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, screened in porch.  Property is not cluttered, but open for entertaining and activities such as horshoes, volleyball etc.  There is a firepit at the lakefront for nighttime bonfires and there is a gas fired bar-b-cue grill.  There is a large water trampoline on the mooring buoy.  There is an entertainment center in the living room with basic cable and facilities for playing both DVD's and VHS tapes.  This is our private family camp and is right on the lake.

All maintenance is taken care of by owner's son.  Any other questions, the owner and his son are always available by phone.

Property is close to all Lake George activities to the South and Vermont just a hop, skip and a jump to the North.  The Great Escape amusement park is about45 minutes away in Glens Falls.  Fort Ticonderoga is just to the north.  Hiking, boating,water skiing etc.  Bolton Landing,  to the south, is good for shopping and dining.  If one likes golfing, there is the Sagamore in Bolton Landing and the public golf course on the way to Ticonderoga which is also a very nice place to eat. The view is spectacular.  The village of Lake George is only 30-minutes away and is one likes theme parks, The Great Escape is closeby in Glens Falls.  Vermont is a short hop away by car.

We usuallly only rent by the week.  There are certain times we might consider a weekend rental.   June and September we rent for $1800/week.
