New Top Floor Condo Unit Downtown Penticton in Penticton

This third foor unit is only two years old with a very convenient downtown location. Only a 15 minute walk to Okanagan beach, two blocks from the grocery store, and only steps away from the KVR trail.

There is a queen size bed with duvet in the bedroom, and a hide-a-bed in the living room.  There is also a small deck off of the living room with a table, chairs, umbrella and an electric BBQ. The unit is well lit and well furnished.

This is a weekly rental only.  A $250 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

A pet under 20lbs is allowed (as per the condominium strata rules)

Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave.

Bathroom with tub.

Washer and dryer, air conditioning, wireless internet, stereo, TV and DVD.

One secure underground parking stall, as well as outside visitor parking.

Tha Okanagan is filled with things to do in the summer!

Start early with a round of golf at one of the many popular Okanagan golf courses, ending with lunch on one of the lakeside patio restaurants. Head out to Naramata Bench for an afternoon of wine tours, then back to town for an evening walk along the beach.

Sit on the beach at Skaha or Okanagan lake. Hike or bike the KVR trail. Float down the Penticton river channel. Rent a boat or some jet-skis to play on the water. Try some windsurfing. Try some world class rock climbing at the Skaha Bluffs. Head up to Apex Resort for hiking in the cool mountain air. Spend a Saturday morning at the local Farmer's Market and grab a fresh baked muffin and some Okanagan cherries!

In the winter head up to Apex, only 30 minutes away, and go downhill skiing, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or skating!!!

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.

There will be a $50 charge for pets.
