i really love this hotel and we stayed in it last year and had a wonderful experience. this year i was dissapointed. we had a dirty condo when we arrived and so did the other room that we contracted out in the same hotel. food under beds and in couches. dirty wet clothes found in pull out couch. towels hadn't been washed just refolded and hung up. the beds were awful our backs hurt everynight and woke up with headaches. i just don't understand what went wrong seeing as last year was so great! manager was very friendly in the beginning and when i had complaints he didn't care. said it was the cleaning service fault and we should of called him. i did call him and send emails he says he didn't recieve them until the end of the week and he had poor phone service. not our fault you didn't recieve either i still tried. plus im not going to call the cleaning service when i didn't pay them the money for the condo and i still wanted him to be aware of the problems! but in the end this is a great hotel. and maybe in the future they will fix the problems and it be what it was before!

Owners response: I have changed the manager that you had complaints with.I have taken over the management myself.your stay before last was directly through me. Although i did not get too many complaints about this manager, i dont want any of my guests to feel unhappy .i being the owner of the condos will directly take care of my places from now on.
I did hear the managers version of the story,which stated that the guests on the last day of their stay wanted a discount of $500 or so.He did go to the condo to collect the rent on the second or third day of the arrival of the guests but did not hear any complaints from them.also the phone #s of the manager and the cleaners is taped up on the refrigerator with instructions to call them right away if there is a problem.

Anyway I insist all my future guests to call the cleaning crew right away if anything is found less than perfect.thanks Sukaina

We arrived after the office had closed but we were able to check it on the phone with Dennis. A few minor problems (missing items, light bulbs out) were taken care of promptly. I feel the master bedroom could use a dresser for long stays so you don't have to live out of the suitcase. Other than that we had a very nice time.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing

This was a nice resort. The only complaint that I have about it is that the cleaning service could do a little better with dusting. I could run my fingers across the door where the washer and dryer were at and get a pile of dust on my finger. Other than that it was pretty nice.
