The fully air conditioned condo is situated on the third floor
directly overlooking the second hole of the exclusive par 72 golf
course with stunning views up and down the fairway.There are
gorgeous sunsets from the llanai. Opposite the
building is the swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court. The patio
area with screened lanai is tiled and furnished for al-fresco
dining, relaxing and observing the abundance of Florida wildlife. The
lanai has the benefit of hurricane shutters to keep out any unwelcome
Florida weather!This beautifully furnished apartment's accommodation
consists of a large lounge with dining area seating 6,the lounge is
equipped with TV, DVD player and cable TV.The doors to the llanai
open from here. There are two bedrooms, the master having a king
size bed, walk in dressing area and en-suite shower and W.C.there
is a small TV and Telephone.Also acess to the llanai is available
from this bedroom. The second bedroom having twin beds and full
bathroom/shower facility.Also in here is the separate
utility/Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The
fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a second dining area seating

Temporary membership of the Golf and Country Club can be arranged
for the duration of your stay if required, which will enable use of
the Club House with its bar and restaurant, golf course, driving
range, fully equipped gymnasium and steam room. Internet connection
is also available at the Club house

Tara Golf and Country Club is located off State Road 70 on the
border of the cities of Sarasota and Bradenton to the south of Tampa
on the Gulf Coast. The Club is close to Interstate 75 which makes
travelling from Florida airports an easy exercise. Tampa airport is
50 minutes and Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a mere 20 minutes away.
The nearest beach to Tara can be reached within twenty minutes by
car and these are reputed to be some of the most beautiful in the
world. As well as the wonderful facilities at Tara Golf and Country
Club, the Condo is located within close proximity to restaurants,
shops and the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
