Come and enjoy your stay at the Lake of the Ozarks in this very spacious 1,450 square foot unit, located just 20 feet from the water with an outstanding view of the lake (main channel) and golf course.  This is the owner's personal unit and is well-stocked with everything you might need, including free wireless internet access.  The condo complex features a gated entrance with security, tennis courts, swimming pool, and a small playground.   Waters Edge Condominiums is well located on popular Horseshoe Bend (Hwy HH) right next to the Lodge of the Four Seasons at the 13.5 mile marker.   Must be 25 years old to rent.  Maximum occupancy of six is not negotiable. Sorry, no pets.

The master bedroom offers a California king bed and private bath, walk-in closet, television, and a private deck overlooking the lake.  The second bedroom has one queen-sized bed and one full-sized bed with the second private bath, a television/DVD/CD, and another private deck with lake view.   The unit also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which also has a third TV set, VHS and DVD players.  The main deck with tremendous lake view holds a table and chairs and a new (2013) propane gas grill.  Grill out and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats on the main channel.

Lake of the Ozarks is a resort town.  All water activities are available (boating, jet ski, parasail) with numerous rental locations nearby.  Spashiki (day spa) at the Lodge of the Four Seasons is located adjacent to the property on Horseshoe Bend. This condo is also conveniently located near a number of golf courses, including Witches Cove, a Robert Trent Jones course.  Waters Edge is also close to many restaurants and bars (including the popular Toad Cove complex), a regional outlet mall, and the Bagnell dam strip.  A little farther away are two state parks, a water park, and several caves open to the public. 

Nightly rental rates (2 night minimum) are as shown below.  A $75 cleaning fee will be added on all rentals of less than 5 nights.   Holiday weekends are subject to a 3-night minimum at weekend rates, with a rental premium of $25/night for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.   Damage deposit is $100.

Payment is by personal check or money order.  Credit card payment using PayPal is available (additional fee of 0.03% would apply)

Spring 2013 (April 1 through May 19)  $125 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday), $100 per weekday night (Sunday through Thursday).

Summer 2013 (May 20 through Sept 14)  $160 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday), $140 per weekday night (Sunday through Thursday).

Fall 2012  (Sept 15, 2013 through Dec 31, 2013)  $125 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday), $100 per weekday night (Sunday through Thursday)

Winter 2013  (Jan 8, 2014 through Mar 31, 2014)  $100 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday), $75 per weekday night (Sunday through Thursday)
