Beautiful Beach House on Deep Water in Wild Dunes in Charleston

This wonderful house is located on deep water near the Isle Of Palms Marina inside the Wild Dunes Resort. Ideal for those who want to be close to the beach ( 1000 yds to the beach) and have boating available at your back door. Your 25' boat and trailer can fit in the garage!  Only 25 minutes to Charleston. Beachy, fun and cheerfully decorated, it has 2,800sf with 3 bedrooms ( 2 kings and set of twins) upstairs and one bedroom/study ( king bed) on the main level.  Two of the upstairs bedrooms are master suites. All bedrooms,  beautifully decorated ,have a  bathroom.  An extra roll away bed is available also! Two large porches, one upstairs, the other downstairs off the common area allow you to enjoy fantastic views of the marina, boats, sunsets, and Waterway Island all in a unique neighborhood setting.   The house has a private Charleston style backyard with a 125+ year old live oak tree. The house is on a quiet wonderful charming street. NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED!

Large, well equipped kitchen. Common area with high ceilings provides plenty of room to relax in. A short walk along the lighted bulkhead takes you to the marina and Morgan Creek Grill, beautiful waterway vistas, and nightly entertainment.  The golf course is within sight. The public beach is a short stroll or bike ride away and bikes are provided. Wireless internet  available . Other items, washer/dryer,linens provided,cable TV,DVD,VCR, and grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards and other beach toys provided. Beds have excellent mattresses and are very comfortable.  

Tidalwave Sports at the marina offers all kinds of family water activities. Boats and/or slips are rented by hour/day/week to cruise the nearby islands, inlets, and intercoastal waterway.  The Harbor and Links Golf courses are premier golfing destinations. Both courses have carts with GPS systems.  Wild Dunes provides children and family activities. Many restaurants in the Wild Dunes resort and many more on the island. The Mt, Pleasant/Charleston area has so much to do and see that it is impossible to list it all here. Downtown Charleston is about 20-25 minutes.

Protection plan included on this reservation covers unintentional damages to the
home’s interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to the
homeowner or management company prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed
policy limit will be charged to you. Certain terms and conditions apply, and
full details of the Property Damage Protection coverage are contained in the
Description of Coverage. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and
request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly the
homeowner or property management company any amount payable under the terms and
conditions of the plan. In the event you have equivalent coverage under another
policy or do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment, please contact
the homeowner or property management company directly.”
