Wyndham Palms - Don't Decide Till You See Our Condo in Disney Area

We're very excited about our vacation home and hope that you'll
stay with us. We've furnished our condo as if we were going to live
there ourselves, so we've thought of everything! It's sunny and
bright, spacious and comfortable.
Located on the second floor, our unit is the largest of the 3 bedroom
condos in Windsor Palms, with over 1400 sq. ft. We have two
master bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a third bedroom with two
twin beds.  All rooms have their own ceiling fans. We have installed high speed internet and free local and long distance phone service.
 The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you
want to make chocolate chip cookies or just some cool drinks, you
have everything you need.
Our unit is professionally cleaned and maintained. Our helpful and
friendly management company is available for emergencies. Renting our
condo gives you full unlimited access to all the facilities at
Windsor Palms. Our resort has 24 hour security, so it's private and
exclusive. We have been inspected and licensed by the State of
Florida.

Cordless Phone with Answering Machine plus 2 Bedroom Phones, Central
Air Conditioning plus 4 ceiling fans, Cable TV in Living Room plus
VCR/DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player, TVs in both Master Bedrooms
(total 3 Cable TVs), Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave,
Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, Linens and
Towels provided including White Pool Towels, Washer/Dryer, Iron & Board, Clock
Radios, Hair Dryer.

Within the Resort: Club House w/Fitness Center & Cinema, Olympic-size
Outdoor Pool w/separate Toddler Pool, Whirlpool & Spa, Basketball,
Sand Volleyball, & Tennis Courts, Children's Play Area, Picnic/BBQ
area. Nearby are: Shopping, Restaurants, Biking, Golf & Miniature
Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Live Theater,
Cinemas, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing.

Our rates are not dependent upon the number of people in your group,
so please be honest. Our rates vary by season and range between $85
and $145/night. We do have a 4 night minimum. Remember you are
getting a 3 bedroom condo, that can sleep 6 people for less than
half the price of a hotel room!
Payment is appreciated by check, wire transfer, deposit to paypal, or
credit card. Please add 13% resort tax. 50% deposit required, with
balance due 60 days prior to vacation. $250 refundable security
deposit required. Note: Less than 7 nights, please add $80
housekeeping fee.
