Disney villa has best view on golf course in Orlando

Our villa is the perfect place for a vacation. There's so much to do and see or you can just sit, relax and watch golfers or take a swim in the pool.  The club house, restaurant, and golf shop, tennis courts, and play area are just a few blocks away.

We have 2 queen size bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds. There are 3 cable TVs, DVD/CD players, Internet access and we even have books, board games, playing cards and puzzles. You'll find his and her bicycles ready to go for a ride around the area or a short distance to the store. Bed linens and bath towels are provided and the full kitchen includes everything you need to complete your stay (coffee maker, microwave, full range and fridge). A washer and dryer are situated in the utility area.

With its tropical climate and limitless possibilities, Southern Dunes area is the ideal vacation spot - right in the heart of Central Florida. This Championship Golf and Country Club is flanked by Tampa to its west and Orlando to its east. The property is on US 27 and within easy driving distance to all of the following: Disney World, Wet & Wild, Sea World, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens Adventure Park, Historic Bok Sanctuary, International Dr, and Shopping. We're just minutes away from...Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo Museum of Science and Industry and a short drive from...Florida's Gulf and Atlantic Beaches.

Our place in a gated 24 hr secure community. The year-round average temperature is 72 degrees F. This allows plenty to do for the outdoor enthusiast. There are 550 freshwater lakes and 40 golf courses. The Trek Ten Trails offer hiking, canoeing, and wildlife photography.
