50% Security Deposit, - No pets No Smoking!

A Reservation/Security deposit is due at booking. The deposit must be received with the first 50% rental payment within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.  The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded upon inspection of the home after check-out.

Reservatons are not confirmed until Reservation/Security deposit, 50% of rental amount is paid, and a signed rental agreement are received.  Refunds will be made for cancellations at least 30 days prior to stay, less a $75.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of the Reservation/Security deposit.  Must be at least 25 years of age to be considered.
