Monthly Rental Includes: gas, water, upgraded cable, and a high-speed 
internet connection. Tenant Pays Power. Security Deposit is $300 
 
Rates are based on availability and subject to change for holidays and

50% Reservation Fee due at time of booking; Full Payment Due 30 days
