4BR Lakeside Condo with Awesome Views at Regatta Bay in Lake of the Ozarks

Wonderful top floor condo unit with one of the best views on the lake, with no docks in
front of the unit to get in the way of the view. Since we're on the top (4th) floor, you get
the open feeling of vaulted ceilings, yet we're only one floor up from convenient parking.
Our unit has four bedrooms, and 2,000 square feet for enough room for 10 people to
enjoy and sleep comfortably for a great vacation.

Regatta Bay is located at Mile Marker #12 of the prestigious Horseshoe Bend peninsula,
and is one of the finest complexes on the lake. You'll enjoy the feeling from the lush
greenery, the manicured lawns, and the award-winning landscaping, not to mention
the unbelievable views of the lake. There are stores, restaurants, and championship golf
courses just down the road.

Our unit is tastefully decorated to provide an upscale environment to enjoy. We are in a
beautiful location that provides a sense of luxury as well as privacy. The King Master
Suite has an incredible view and huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and
his/hers sinks. The Queen Suite has a writing desk, casual chair, and private bath. The
3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and includes a tv with VCR and DVD unit for the kids. The
4th Bedroom makes our unit very unique, as it is an office/den or a getaway to watch a
game during the day, and then the cherry desk/wall bed unit easily converts (with one
hand) into a comfortable queen size bedroom at night. It still includes a full wardrobe
closet with drawers and room to hang your clothes. The living room has a huge L-
shaped couch that easily converts to a sofa sleeper.

We have a deck with a covered & screened area complete with many chairs, and
adjustable stereo speakers. The outer sun deck is the perfect spot to work on your tan.

Rates (in US Dollars):
- In Season (5/15 - 9/15): $330 per night or $1,980 per week
- Spring & Fall (3/16 thru 5/14 & 9/16-11/14): $260 per night or $1,560 per week
- Winter (11/15-3/15): $190 per night or $1,140 per week

- Weekly rates include one night free
- Reduced monthly rental rates available
- A one-time cleaning fee of $85 is added for 3 nights or less

Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy one of the best condos that you can rent at the Lake
of the Ozarks! A $200 Security deposit is all that is required to reserve your dates. Total
rental fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds can be made for early departures.
The deposit is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail within 2 weeks
after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and
tear.

A written notice of cancellation is required 30 days or more before your arrival date to
receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 30 days written
notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.

A 3-night minimum is requested for advance reservations during the summer months.
We prefer Saturday-to-Saturday stays for full-week rentals. Cleaning charge of $85 for
three nights or less. A parent or guardian must accompany all persons under 21 years of
age.

Regatta Bay unit #944 can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. To allow
for cleaning, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. ABSOLUTELY
NO PETS OR SMOKING.
