This huge 3BR/2.5Ba condo has almost 1900 sq feet of luxurious living just steps away from the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ (voted NJ's finest beach for several years in a row). This unit sleeps 8 people very comfortably and has a king bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in bedroom two, a twin and full bed in bedroom three, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You have a state of the art kitchen, cable tv in all rooms (large flat screen LED tv in living room), stainless steel appliances, full laundry room with washer and dryer, hardwood floors, two reserved parking spaces and a huge deck with a fabulous ocean view.

The Coastal Colors community is the premier residence in Wildwood Crest and is located beachfront.

We rent to families and mature adults 25 years or older.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Available for weekly/weekends in the offseason (October to May)

Minimum rental is three nights

There is a $150 cleaning fee required for all rentals.
