And only 35 min to Oak Creek in Sedona! This house is located in an excellant area with million dollar homes, many with large acreage and horse property. Watch the sunrise/moonrise and sunsets/ moon sets, amazingly beautiful!

If you are looking for a wonderful getaway to rest and recharge this is the place! 

The main house is a wonderful craftsman home, (wood for entire house was milled on site) with panaramic windows looking at the mountains. A full view of the Peaks is off the entire house. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with french doors that
open to a private deck, separate from the wrap around deck off the kicthen. A large
bathroom with an old fashioned claw foot tub is in the master bath. Shower has
windows within so you may view the mountain while showering. house is . 2100.
sq, ft. Altitude is 7,300 ft.

The dining room has a beautiful farm table that sits six. 

 The second bedroom has a twin beds that  can be converted to two king. 

Alternanative sleeping arrangements: we have camping pads for kids.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, an open
kitchen, and a wonderful sun room off the kitchen.

The great room has a
antique, yet very efficent wood burning stove. Magnificent views of the peaks are
from every angle.

Woodfloors are throughout the house.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Our reviews talk about allowing dogs, but we no longer accept dogs, sorry.

WELL Behaved/ supervised  children welcome.  House is designed to sleep four people.  Additional persons upon approval, (owner has right to refuse extra person not in contract)  

 In wintertime, we "recommend" although not neccessary a four or all wheel drive vehicle. We are located on a paved road, 4 miles north of interstate 40.

No Pets

There is a washer and dryer are in mud room. (bring your own detergent, if doing more than one load.)

Owner lives on property in guesthouse.

Two night min. Additional person not agreed upon, subject to forfeit loss of deposit.  DEPOSIT:$250.00. Security deposit must be received 4 days within signing for reservation to hold the booking.  taxes added to rent. The tenant is responsible for leaving the property in
good condition.  The property will be inspected by owner on check out and security deposit will be refunded if clean and undamaged. Check-in is a
3pm, check-out is at 11am.
