 This house is located in an excellant area with million dollar homes, many with large acreage and horse property. Honestly, the view is the best, not only of "the peaks" but of Sitgreaves and Kendrick mountain.

  When you stay here, you will recharge your body and soul thus, creating harmony! Peace and tranquility abound.

Home is 2100 sq. ft. 7200 elev.

Master bedroom has french doors leading out to a private deck with a king size bed.  Master bathroom has a cast iron claw foot tub and a two man shower with river rock and views of the sunset from glass windows.

Second bedroom has two twin beds (which may be converted to a King) and a pocket door leading to the second bath. 

The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with gas stove, dish washer and microwave. 

The living room has an authetic, old fashioned woodstove that is very efficient and will keep the house toasty warm.  The dining room tables seats 6 comfortably.  There is also a sunroom that is a mainstay in winter and a cool spot in summer.  Laundry room is available too.

Well- behaved pets are welcome, but stipulations apply, along with an additional deposit.  Even horses are considered, although tenant must provide portable fencing.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Satellite TV/DVD/CD player.  Towels and Linens are provided.  Fully-stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ.

                sightsee: caves(lava tubes)-go to Grand Canyon, Sedona or train ride

 Winter: cross country ski and snowshoe right out the door-snowmobile-

All year, enjoy health treatments and catering upon availabilty.

$250 a night, 2 night minimum.  Weekly rate $1,200.  Cancellation Fee: if cxl 30 days in advance=100% refund, 15-30 days=50% refund, 14 days or less= no refund. 

50% deposit must be received 4 days within signing for reservation to hold the booking.  Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival (or if less than 30 days at time of reservation).  $500 security/damage deposit, due with final payment.  $250 cleaning deposit of which $200 is refundable if cleaning checklist is complete.  The tenant is responsible to leaving the property in good condition.  The property will be inspected by owner after tenant's departure and the security deposit and cleaning deposit will be refunded within 7 business days.  Check-in is a 3pm, check-out is at 11am.
