Our property is l in Parks, which is 20 minutes West of Flagstaff, 60 minutes to the Grand Canyon and 15 minutes to Williams, AZ. In addition, only 35 minutes to Oak Creek in Sedona and to 45 minutes to Snowbowl ski resort! This house is located in an excellent area with million-dollar homes, many with large acreage and horse property. Watch the sunrise/moonrise and sunsets/
moon sets, amazingly beautiful! Endless trails right off the property for hiking, riding horses, cross-country skiing.

If you are looking for a wonderful getaway to rest and recharge your life, this is the place!

The main house is a wonderful craftsman home, (wood for entire house was milled on site) with panoramic windows looking at the mountains. A full view of the Peaks is off the entire house. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with French doors that open to a private deck, separate
from the wrap around deck off the kitchen. A large bathroom with an old fashioned claw foot tub is in the master bath. Shower has windows within so you may view the mountain while showering. House is 2100 sq. ft. , and is at an altitude of 7,300 ft. Driveway is plowed, as needed.

The dining room has a beautiful farm table that sits six.

The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king. Alternative sleeping arrangements: twin air mattress and twin foam pad, and a full size mattress also.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, an open kitchen, and a wonderful sun room off the kitchen.

The great room has an antique, yet very efficient wood burning stove, with magnificent views of the peaks are from every angle. Wood floors are throughout the house.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE; however, smoking is allowed outside in designated smoking area only.

Our reviews talk about allowing dogs, but we no longer accept dogs, sorry.

WELL behaved/supervised children are welcome.  House is designed to sleep four to six people.  Additional persons upon approval, owner has right to refuse extra person not in contract. 

In wintertime, we "recommend" although not necessary a four or all-wheel drive vehicle or tire chains, as we are located on a paved road, 4 miles north of interstate 40. Our driveway is plowed, as needed.

No Pets allowed; however, we are Equestrian friendly, s self-supportive horses are welcome.

Use of laundry room for weekly bookings only or by prior arrangement.

Caretaker lives on property in guesthouse, and is happy to assistance or provide designation suggestions.

Two night min. Summer rates $1165. sunday-thursday. friday/sat $215.

Winter rates $225-300. per night.

 DEPOSIT: $250.00. conditional refundable deposit must be received 4 days within signing for reservation to hold the booking.

 State lodging  taxes added to rent.( 7.75 percent)

Property damage parotection insurance, $49.

 Check-in is a t 3 pm, check out 11 am.
