Location is quiet and very relaxing - yet within 5 min drive to 3-4 golf courses which are very reasonably priced.  Beach or sunset selections include:   Beautiful Monosota Key, Blind Pass, Boca Grande and beautiful Palm Island- each within 20 minute drive.   Sarasota County and beaches due north on the "Beach Road." Great Tiki bar and marina at Stump Pass with Jimmy Buffet type entertainment over the sunset.

If you love to swim - amazing olympic size pool and amenities (skateboard park, dog park, walking paths, etc) at the Charlotte County Recreational Center within a 5 minute drive.

Season rental commitment within January 1 through June 2010. 

Minimum of a 2 month commitment is required - 2 months is $1800 per month.

A 3 month is $1800.

A 4 month  is $1800 per month.

Full season January through May (5 month commitment) is $1500 per month.
