Elegant, Sonoma County 3 Bedroom Home, pool, spa, rural in Sebastopol

Fantastic location & accomodations

The accommodations and location were fantastic. I would highly recommend Sara's Oasis. Four of us stayed for a little less than a week for the Levi Grand Fondo bike race, awesome, Thanks Sara!

Loved this beautiful place. Sonoma County,

We loved this place. The owner was pleasant and helpful, gave us good suggestions for dining and obviously cared about the property. Everything was immaculate inside and out. The gardens were a joy to behold. The linens were so silky and smooth, the sunlight into the house warmed us and glowed on all the hand crafted wood furniture and the paintings. It's better than the photos portray it.

The pool was large, 9 feet deep and heated just right for us. We enjoyed relaxing poolside for hours, in between our trips to the beach and to the wineries. It's chilly at night here, but we even had a hot tub by the pool for a couple of evenings. There were bar-b-que's set up on the back deck and by the pool, but we only cooked out once because the restaurants attracted us. The kitchen was fabulous -- every utensil you could need and nice china and glassware. I'd like to return in October so I could bake a pie with some of those delicious apples I'm sure will be ripe by then.

It seemed like a nice place to go with the family, they even had an electric security cover on the pool. We were a party of 4 adults. We slept like babies because the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
We visited Healdsburg and really like Seghesio Winery and listening to jazz in town. We took a several hour canoe trip on the Russian River, strolled out to Salmon Creek beach and enjoyed watching the surfers from the bluff above.

For us, there is so much to do here, but it is not a fast paced environment. We did enjoy the bar in Graton, the Underwood. We met some interesting people there and had a great time.

We saw many deer, and a "flock" of wild turkeys "dancing", quail were running all over the place. One night we heard some coyotes! Great place. Made me very happy.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Peaceful California Escape

We stayed in this property at the beginning of April. I describe this location as a peaceful escape as it is about 45 miles from San Francisco in a very small, cute town. It is so quiet & pretty there! The house was very clean & the property was absolutely beautiful! There was a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, & 2 decks that lead out of the house. SOOO pretty! It was nice to sit outside on the deck with our friends. The flowers that are planted are so pretty that we took pictures of each & every one of them! This property does come with a large, very clean pool. She was nice enough to have this open for us even though it was too cold outside. However, it was amazing to sit in the hot tub in the evening & look at all the pretty stars. My husband & I went with our child & another family, but are looking forward to going back just the two of us for some quality alone time! We would definitely recommend this property to stay at!

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, romantic getaway
