Vacation Rental Description

Lovely, fully-furnished, and completely equipped apartment (lower 
unit of a two story duplex)on the beach on a private and exclusive 
road in beautiful Malibu.  The apartment is bright, cozy and  
beautifully furnished with wicker and tropical fabrics.   
 
Have your morning coffee on a large deck right on the beach. Gorgeous 
tidepools, surfing and kayaking right out your door.  The apartment  
is five minutes from downtown Malibu, close to restaurants, movies, 
coffee houses and shopping.  You are only 45 minutes from the Los  
Angeles airport and one hour from Santa Babara.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, Cable TV, VCR, Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils 
provided, linens provided, washer/dryer, charcoal BBQ.  The kitchen 
has granite counters and hardwood floors. 
 
Accomodations:  Duplex apartment - 1 bedroom - 1 bath (Sleeps 2) 
no pets no smoking

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants,  
movies, museums swimming, snorkeling, boating, sailing, surfing, 
windsurfing, diving... all available on site or nearby.  Two bikes are 
provided.  We are 30-40 minutes from some wonderful museums - The 
Getty, L.A. County Museum of Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art. 
For the serious shoppers, Beverly Hills is only 45 minutes away. 
At low tide you can walk to Paradise Cove and dine at the Malibu 
Beach Cafe (about a 30 minute walk along the beach).

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer & Holidays:  $2,000/week ($500 security refundable) 
Off Season:  $1500 week 
SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM
