We accept Pay Pal.  The rates are all inclusive, including cleaning,(no additional fees).Daily rate, $250.00,(Nov.1-May 15th),275.00 per day, (May 15th-Nov.1).
Weekly $1750-$1925, accordingly. Minimum rental 5 nights, 6 nights and
under $300.00 per night. $275.00 per night/7 night minimum over major
holidays. .

  You will feel at home the minute you step in the front door.  The residence is comfortable, cozy and spacious there are 7 rooms  plus separate guest cottage. There are three full bedrooms in the main house. There are no trundles of pull out beds. The location is excellent to see the sights in the Bay Area. 

 There are twio computers with DSL/high speed wireless and the internet is available for use, or you can use our wireless, if you have your own laptop. There is also a printer available.  There is a 47 inch LCD TV in the Front room, and a 42 inch Plasma TV in the Master bedroom, both have High Definition
programming . One of the guest room has a regular TV. All with
Dish TV offering 250 channels.
  There are two patios outdoors and the property if fully fenced in.
There are rose and flower gardens on three sides of the house. Also
there is a large spa, gas grill and a Mexican fireplace and another free standing fireplace.
  When requesting information,or availability, please state the total amount of guests there will be, including adults and children. This home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests comfortably. Please let me know your arrival and  departure dates. 
  San Francisco is just a short 10 minute ride over the beautiful
Golden Gate Bridge. There is also excellent bus or ferry service to
San Francisco. The Bus stop is two blocks away.
Muir Woods is 4 miles up the road. Pacific Ocean Beaches
are 15 minutes away. The Wine Country is 40 miles/40 minutes to the
North. Sausalito is right next door. Point Reyes National seashore
is a breath taking 1 hour ride up the coast.
Mill Valley sits on the slopes of Mount Tamalpais in beautiful
Marin County. Marin is mainly federal or state land, with several
wonderful areas dedicated to open space and outdoor activities. 
There are miles of hiking trails, bike/mountain bike trails. Go sight-
seeing during the day and come home to a beautiful home in a very
good neighborhood, then enjoy the lovely gardens and relax in the spa.

This home has all of the amenities that come with a home, including
wireless internet access , washer, dryer, dish washer, icemaker,etc.
The spa is operated most of the year, but not during the really cold
winter months.

There are Golf courses, beaches, bike paths, and hiking trails
right nearby.

Mill Valley/Marin county is a great area, with so much
to offer, and it is right next door to San Francisco, one of the most
beautiful cities in the world.
