Vacation Rental Description

This is a comfortable,cozy and spacious 7 room home, plus  
separate guest cottage. There are three full bedrooms in the 
main house.  There are no trundles of pull out beds. 
  Rates, Minimum rental 4 days, 5 days and under $300.00 per day.   
Daily rate, $275.00 per day. Weekly $1925. These rates 
 are all inclusive, including cleaning. We will e-mail photos  
and more information upon request 
  There is a computer with DSL wireless  
internet available for use, or you can use our wireless, if you have  
your own laptop. There is a 47 inch LCD TV in the Front room, a 42  
inch Plasma TV in the Master bedroom, both have High Definition  
programming .  One of the guest room has a regular TV.  All with  
Dish TV offering 200 channels.   
  There are two patios outdoors and the property if fully fenced in. 
There are rose and flower gardens on three sides of the house. Also  
there is a large spa, gas grill and a Mexican fireplace. 
 The location is excellent to see the 
sights in the Bay Area. When requesting information,or  
availability, please state the total amount of guests there will be,  
including adults and children. This home accomodates a maximum of 6  
guests comfortably. Please let me know your arrival and departure  
dates .We will e-mail several photos to you upon request. 
  San Francisco is just a short 10 minute ride over the beautiful  
Golden Gate Bridge. There is also excellent bus or ferry service to  
San Francisco. The Bus stop is two blocks away.   
  Muir Woods is 4 miles up the road.  Pacific Ocean Beaches  
are 15 minutes away.  The Wine Country is 40 miles/40 minutes to the  
North.  Sausalito is right next door.  Point Reyes National seashore  
is a breath taking 1 hour ride up the coast. 
  Mill Valley sits on the slopes of Mount Tamalpias in beautiful  
Marin County.  Marin is mainly federal or state land, with several  
wonderful areas dedicated to open space and outdoor activities.  
There  
are miles of hiking trails, bike/mountain bike trails.  Go sight  
seeing during the day and come home to a beautiul home in a very  
good  
neighboorhood, then enjoy the lovely gardens and relax in the spa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has all of the amenities that come with a home, including  
wireless internet access , washer, dryer, dish washer, icemaker,etc.  
The spa is operated most of the year, but not during the really cold winter months.

Activities and Attractions

With in walking distance there is a market, drug store,  
restaurants, O'Neil surf shop and Starbuck's Coffee shop.  There is  
also a hair salon, a nail salon, exercize place within walking  
distance. 
  There are Golf courses, beaches, bike paths, and hiking trails  
right nearby.  Mill Valley/Marin county is a great area, with so  
much  
to offer, and it is right next door to San Francisco, one of the  
most  
beautiful cities in the world.
