under $325. per night. $285.00 per night/7 night minimum over major
holidays.

  This is a well appointed, comfortable 1900 square foot single family home.  The style is Ameican/European country. There are 7 rooms  plus separate guest cottage. There are three full bedrooms in the main house. All of the beds have cotton linens with feather beds and down comforters. There are no trundles or pull out beds...all real beds.  
  There are two patios outdoors and a deck off of the master bedroom.The property if fully fenced in and private.There are rose and flower gardens on three sides of the house. Also
there is a very large spa, gas grill and a Mexican fireplace and another free standing fireplace.

 There are three computers with DSL/high speed wireless and the inter-net available for use, or you can use our wireless, if you have your own laptop. There is also a printer available.  There is a 47 inch LCD TV in the Front room, and a 42 inch Plasma TV in the Master bedroom and 22 inch LCD TV in one of the guest rooms.   All with Dish High Definition programming , offering 250 channels. 
  
  When requesting information,or availability, please state the total amount of guests there will be, including adults and children. This home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests comfortably. Please let me know your arrival and  departure dates. 

  The location is excellent to see the sights in the Bay Area.San Francisco is just a short 10 minute ride over the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge. There is also excellent bus or ferry service to
San Francisco. The Bus stop is two blocks away.
Muir Woods is 4 miles up the road. Pacific Ocean Beaches
are 15 minutes away. The Wine Country is 40 miles/40 minutes to the
North. Sausalito is right next door. Point Reyes National seashore
is a breath taking 1 hour ride up the coast.
Mill Valley sits on the slopes of Mount Tamalpais in beautiful
Marin County. Marin is mainly federal or state land, with several
wonderful areas dedicated to open space and outdoor activities. 
There are miles of hiking trails, bike/mountain bike trails. Go sight-
seeing during the day and come home to a beautiful home in a very
good neighborhood, then enjoy the lovely gardens and relax in the spa.

This home has all of the amenities that come with a home, including
wireless inter-net access , washer, dryer, dish washer, ice maker,etc.
The spa is operated most of the year, but not during the really cold
winter months.

to offer, and it is right next door to San Francisco, one of the most
beautiful cities in the world.
