community.  Condo overlooks 1 acre lake located in the heart of Wellington.  Three bedrooms and two 
baths comfortably sleeps 6. Two bedrooms have queen beds and 3rd has 2 twins.  Master bath has 
soaking tub and large shower.  Kitchen has 42" maple cabinets with crown molding and granite 
countertops. Second bedroom has it's own family room for added privacy. Screened lanai is a great 
place to relax at the end of the day and watch the beautiful 
sunset.  There is a community pool and fitness center located across from the condo. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located minutes from Winter Equestrian Festival, the Wellington 
Green Mall, International Polo Club, Lion Country Safari, Rapids 
Waterpark, City Place, The Kravis Center, Okeeheelee Park, golf, 
fitness and tennis and the best resturants in South Florida. 25 
minutes to ocean and beachs. Palm Beach International Airport, 
Florida Turnpike and I-95 within 15 minutes.
