Great townhouse one block from the beach. Coastal Decor with many updates and central air conditioning. Ground level of this home has a kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room. Off the living room is a patio with a grill. Spiral staircase from the living room goes up to the two bedrooms and Jack and Jill bath. Each bedroom has a separate sink areas. There is a deck off the master bedroom. This townhouse community has its own private pool. Relax at the beach watching the waves roll in, reading your novel or building sand castles, then return to grill out your favorite foods. We are nest to the Sea Coloney Resort but not part of it.

The boardwalk features a bandstand, neat shops, and great retaurants that fill the business district. There are bike lanes around town which make biking and walking relaxing. Enjoy the small town feeling while being at the beach and in close proximity to Rehoboth, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.
