Great townhouse, one block from the beach. 39785 Loftland Lane, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.  Thank you for looking at my property.   I am a hands on property owner that will help you with directions, good restuarants, bandstand schedules and other helpful advice to have a great vacation.  My townhouse is furnished in a coastal decor with many updates and central air conditioning. Ground level of this home has a kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room.  Off the living room is a patio with a grill. Spiral staircase from the living room goes up to the two bedrooms and Jack and Jill bath. Each bedroom has a separate sink areas. There is a deck off the master bedroom.  This townhouse community has its own private pool.  Relax at the beach watching the waves roll in, reading your novel or building sand castles, then return to grill out your favorite foods.  We are next to the Sea Colony Resort but not part of it.

Private Pool, Washer/Dryer, Patio/Outdoor Dining, Wireless Internet, High Definition TV/Cable, Balcony/Deck, Fully equiped Kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, 2 Off Street Parking Places, Charcoal Grill.  Beds for six people, one queen bed, one full bed and two twin beds.

Bethany Beach is one of the quiet resorts along the Atlantic Ocean in Southern Delaware.  Bethany's beaches offer swimming,surfing, sunbathing, crabbing, and surf fishing and other water sports. The boardwalk features a bandstand, neat shops, and great retaurants that fill the business district.  There are bike lanes around town which make biking and walking relaxing.  Enjoy the small town feeling while being at the beach and in close proximity to Rehoboth, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.

There are several golf courses in the area.

If you are looking to shop, Rehoboth Beach(about a 20 minute drive North)boasts 140 Outlet Stores and antique shops.

2013 Rental Season Rates-There are no extra fees for cleaning, parking, or pool use.  There is a $200.00 security deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the unit.  Renters must bring their own bed linens and towels.  There are blankets and bed spreads there. Rental week goes from Friday to Friday. Partial weeks(3 night minimum) are only available before Memorial Day and after Labor Day at $200.00 per night.  No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
