Now booking for the Summer 2011!  Lots of prime weeks still available.  The 9400 Condo is an ocean front condo located in mid-town Ocean City... just walk across the pool deck and you are on the beach.

This 1,100 sq. ft. unit on the 12th floor offers two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, living room, and a large balcony with a view of ocean and bay.  Details of each room are below.

Walk across the street to Superfresh, Roses, Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, and Kirby's Pub.  7-11 and Bull on the Beach are right next door!  The bus stop is right in front of the building. 

Freshly painted with new carpet, kitchen appliances, and living room furniture, this unit is very nice, neat, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.  Email me for more photos.

Kitchen: fully stocked with all accessories needed to make your stay
comfortable.  Ceramic tile floor, breakfast bar with two barstools, stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.  Lots of plates, glasses, pots, cooking utensils, and tupperware.  All appliances are brand new.

Living/Dining: Dining room table seats six.  Living room has a brand new sofa and loveseat, cable with HBO, and 27" tv/dvd player, stereo, and lots of dvd's to watch on a rainy day.

Balcony: Large balcony with ocean and bay views.  On a clear day you can see Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, DE!

Master Bedroom (12' x 14'): Queen bed, closet, 24" tv/dvd, cable with HBO, bay window, and full master bath with cermanic tile floor.

Bedroom #2 (12' x 17'): Two double beds, closet, 31" tv/dvd, cable with HBO, bay window, and full bathroom with ceramic tile in the suite.

- Laundry room with washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the building.

- One assigned parking space per unit.  Additional spaces can be purchased from the office.  Free street parking on 94th street and in the Superfresh parking lot.

- Game room with video and pinball machines.  Soda and snack vending machines located on the pool deck and second floor lobby.

- Little Salisbury Park with basketball and tennis courts located directly across the street, behind Superfresh.

-  The building has high-speed wireless internet access (via OceanNet), which can be purchased for a small fee.

Security deposit required.  From Labor Day - Memorial Day, we rent by the night.  The cost is $125/night, with a two night minimum.
