Lake Anna Pleasant View Lake Front & Beach in Lake Anna

Inside this beautiful lake front home, you'll find an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling perfect for family gatherings.  The great room has a wrap around sofa perfect to relax, unwind and have cocktails around the wood burning fireplace or watching your favorite shows on the 42' HD flat panel TV with Bose surround sound.  Just outside the great room is a nice size deck with three adirondack chairs where one can watch the beautiful sunset.

You'll find three spacious bedrooms with each having a view of the lake.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, his and hers sink and a spacious double shower room.  The other room has a queen size bed while the third room has two twin size beds.  The unfinished basement has room for sleeping bags, has its own full bathroom and a combination of pool and ping pong table.

3 bedrooms with three full baths; Master bedroom with spacious double shower room, gourmet kitchen, dining table for 10, large deck with gas grill, hot tub for 8, Boathouse with large deck (Note:  boat lifts are for owner use only)  One may dock a boat along side the large deck.  Beach area and walk directly to waterfront.

Linens, pillow cases and towels are not included- Master bedroom- King; Second bedroom- Queen; Third bedroom - Two full size; Great Room- Queen size sleeper sofa; unfinished basement has two twin size beds.

Watch out for Tim's Riverboat opening Spring, 2012 at Lake Anna.  The restaurant will feature music, food, and tons of fun!

Swimming, skiing, wakeboarding, water tubing, fishing, hot tubing, etc.

February Weekends - $600.00 (2 nights plus $95 housekeeping fee)

March/April Weekends - $700.00 (2 nights plus $95 housekeeping fee)

May Weekends - $800.00 (2 nights plus $95 housekeeping fee)

Summer 2013 Weekly Rates:

June 7 to June 22 = $1,900

June 23 to July 7 = $2,200
July 7 to July 28 = $2,000

July 28 to Aug 25 = $2,200
Aug 25 to Sept. 8 = $2,000

Rates do not include refundable security deposit of $400.00. If you leave the Lake House as you found it or no extra cleaning/damage, the security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure.  Note:  You must take all of trash with you or there will be a $100 extra charge.  There's a trash dump on your way out about a mile from the lake house.
