The Rhinebeck House in Port Richey

This place has two bedrooms/ two bath house with a garage area that could be used as a third bedroom area with a TV. Bedrooms have TV's as well. It has a Fla.room enclosed with a bar area off the dining room. The kitchen is open to the dining area which makes for an open entertaining space. There are king beds in the bedrooms/ full size futon in the garage. The house is fully furnished and supplied with towels/bedding/dishes etc. Central/heat/air system will keep you comfortable.

This house is central located to gulf coast/ Clearwater beaches - Orlando attractions - Weeki Wachee, Hommosassa - Tampa Busch Gardens, as well as our local Hudson Beach.

It is located in a nice subdivision for evening walks, local shopping malls and many resturants within minutes.

Week/minumum stay. Rates include utillities and cable TV. A $75.00 cleaning fee for month stay or longer is required. Dec. thru March - $600.00 weekly - April thru Nov. $450.00 a week. Deposit required. Monies must be paid 2 wks prior to arrival.
