Unit size and Quality: *****(5 Stars). This exceptional 3 bedroom, 2 ¾ bath condo is located on the 3rd floor of The Timbers.  When you walk in, you will immediately notice that the owner has put a lot of thought and personal attention into the condo.   

From the living room, you can enjoy views of the mountains while warming yourself by the gas fireplace.  You can also watch a movie on the large, flat screen TV that is over the fireplace, or listen to music from the music library. 

The dining room table will seat 7 with three additional seats at the kitchen island.  The gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and slate floors. 

Any cook will enjoy preparing a meal in this well-equipped kitchen.   You will find a toaster, coffee maker, crock-pot, blender, and an indoor grill in the kitchen.   There are two master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, large flat screen TV, and private bathroom with separate tub and shower. 

The first master bedroom also has a DVD player, stereo, and private balcony.  The second master bedroom features a chaise lounge and a jetted tub in the bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom will sleep three on a bunk bed with twin mattress on top and full sized mattress on the bottom. This bedroom has a TV with VHS player. 

The ¾ bath has an oversized shower.  The office area has a sleeper sofa as well as a built in desk and shelves for you to work away from home.  The owner also has an extra keyboard and mouse for your convenience.    Internet access is free when you stay with us.

Views**** (4 Stars) This condo has many windows that will allow you to enjoy views of the mountains from the living room and both bedrooms.  There are two balconies, which allow you to enjoy the views of the trees and mountain.   

Proximity to Activities ***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day.  Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building.  Timbers is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.

Building Quality & Amenities Building *****(5 Stars) Timbers is a 5 star Platinum-rated building.  It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out.  It was built in 2000 and features 28 condos in the entire building.  The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that the Timbers has to offer.  Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace, complimentary hot chocolate & newspapers.  There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Timbers guests.  After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room, sauna, and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor.  Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.  

Keystone Summer Events:

1. Keystone has many summer festivals for you to enjoy that are located just steps from the condo. Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).

2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the amphitheater in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).

3. Enjoy the following tours: Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours.

4. Take a scenic chair lift to the top of the mountain and enjoy a picnic.

5. Play miniature golf. It is a short 2 minute walk from Silver Mill.

6. Enjoy two championship golf courses.

7. Bike with the family on the bike trails or try downhill mountain biking.

8. Take a guided hike with a guide that will tell you about local animals, plants, wildlife, and history.

9. Other summer activities include boating, fly fishing, and rafting. These activities can be scheduled off the resort, but they are very close by.

Guest Services: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats.  It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be.

Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo.

We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers.

We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable.

In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Our company goal is to maximize our client’s economic returns by exceeding guest expectations so that you will think of us first when you want to reserve your next vacation.
