Weekly rentals must be from Sat to Sat during months April 1-Nov 1. Off-season months (Nov 1-April 1) allow nightly rentals (2-night min) and monthly rentals.

Weekly rentals rates include departure maid service and linen service for all beds/baths. The 13% tax is not included in the price.

Rental Regulations:

1) Someone in your party must be 21 or older to rent with us. 2) If you're under 25 (and over 21) we need a notarized letter signed by an adult of at least 25 years old who will take full responsibility of whatever goes on during that week. In addition, if there are ten people or less in your party, we require a $1000 security deposit. If there is more than ten people in your party, we require a security deposit of $100/person. *If damages exceed the amount of the collected security deposit, the signer is responsible for the remaining amount.

In order to make reservations, the refundable security deposit and a $400 deposit is required. The total balance will be due no later than 1 month prior to arrival.
