This home can accomodate up to 14 guests comfortably (all in regular beds)! 

A full kitchen with breakfast bar awaits including everything needed to cook for the whole gang, large 6 person bar height table and chairs, brand new stainless steel convection oven & new dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.  

All bedrooms are master suites!  The bedrooms are HUGE, and each have their own bathrooms, and TV's.  The upper level bedroom has a plush king size bed with sitting area, flat screen TV, and DVD.  The main level bedroom has two queen beds with sitting area, large TV, PS2 game player, and DVD.  The two lower bedrooms each have two full size beds, sitting areas, and one has a flat screen TV.  Three of the bedrooms walk out to a deck.  There is a laundry room on the lower level.  The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD, and a fireplace (Duraflame Logs Only).  There is a screened in deck with table and chairs, two open decks, a covered front porch, and a gas grill. 

This home has parking for 4 cars.

• Memorial Day to Labor Day rates are $350 per night + tax for whole house (4 Bedroom) - $300 per night (3 bedroom) - $250 per night - (2 bedroom).
• Rates the remainder of the year - $200 per night (4BD whole house) - $175 per night (3 bedroom) - $150 per night (2 bedroom).
• There is a two night minimum stay year round. 
• This home is geared to families and mature adults only! 
• You must be over 30 years of age to rent this property! 
• If your intention is for "wild partying" we ask that you seek alternate accomodations!
• This home is non-smoking!  Smoking allowed on decks only. 
• No pets allowed! 
• There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit (for all new guests)required in order to reserve. 
• $100.00 cleaning fee (whole house), $75.00 (3BD house), $60.00 (2BD house) Cleaning fees are required for all stays less than five nights! 
• A one to two nights deposit via credit card is required to reserve depending on number of nights rented.
