Welcome to "La Bella Vita", located within the beautiful "GATED" grounds of Tar A Resort in Osage Beach! Tan Tar A is a premier GOLF and lake community!  This is not a waterfront home.

**This home is for FAMILIES and MATURE ADULTS only.  If your intention is for "wild partying" please seek alternate accomodations.  No college groups, bachelor parties etc..

Super 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath 2,800 square foot family home in a beautiful wooded setting!  Located in a gated resort community.  Newer carpet, 18' tile, paint, furniture, fixtures, appliances, and more!  Perfect for the whole family,  business retreat, golf outing, or reunion! 

This home can accomodate up to 14 guests comfortably (all in regular beds)! 

A full kitchen with breakfast bar, large 6 person bar height table and chairs, stainless steel convection oven & dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.  

All bedrooms are master suites!  The bedrooms are HUGE, and each have their own bathrooms, and TV's.  The upper level bedroom has a plush king size bed with sitting area, flat screen TV, and DVD.  The main level bedroom has two queen beds with sitting area, large TV, and DVD.  The two lower bedrooms each have two full size beds, sitting areas, and one has a flat screen TV.  Three of the bedrooms walk out to a deck.  There is a laundry room on the lower level.  The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD, and a fireplace (Duraflame Logs Only).  There is a screened in deck with table and chairs, two open decks, a covered front porch, and a gas grill. 

This home has parking for 4 cars.

There is a pack n' play for baby.

By renting this home, you are responsible for the home and its contents!  If the home is left damaged, smoked in, has items missing, or is left excessively dirty, you will be charged additional fees!

• January 1 - May 24 = $189.00 per night
• May 25 - Sept. 3 = $279.00 per night
• Sept. 4 - December 31 = $189.00 per night

One Time Departure Cleaning Fee:  $100.00

2 Bedroom Rental: (sleeps 6)

(not available as a two bedroom rental May 24-Sept. 3) except for last minute bookings.  Based on availibility).

• January 1  - May 24 = $99.00 per night
• Sept. 4 - December 31 = $99.00 per night

Departure cleaning fee:  $60.00

**If you rent this home as a two bedroom, you will still be the only guests in the home.  You just won't have access to the two lower bedrooms**  You would have two bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, screened porch, and open decks.  King bed, 2 queen beds.

• There is a two night minimum stay year round. 
• There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends.
• This home is geared to families and mature adults only! 
• You must be over 30 years of age to rent this property! 
• If your intention is for "wild partying" we ask that you seek alternate accomodations!
• This home is non-smoking!  Smoking allowed on decks only. 
• No pets allowed! 
• $100.00 cleaning fee for 4 bedroom, $60.00 cleaning for a 2 bedroom
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm.
• Check in 3:00pm - Check out 10:30am sharp
• A valid "credit card" is required to be on file, regardless of how you pay.

Our cancellation policy is 30 days prior to your arrival date.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be non-refundable.  If you cancel within 1 week or your arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire rental amount.  Sorry no exceptions!  If you cancel prior to 30 days, you will get a refund of deposit, less a $25.00 service charge.
