A very open,spacious first floor 3 bedroom apartment of an owner -occupied two -family house with  private side porch dining and back yard with picnic area.The vacation house is practically right on the dunes. Exceptional value for a summer weekly rental for a family in Barnegat Light on Long Beach Island.There is wireless internet access and a flat screen tv with cable. Plenty of yard space for the children to play with a convenient outdoor shower house for private showering when back from the beach. The house has a newly renovated kitchen with a new fridge, stove and microwave. This sparkling clean rental is beautifully maintained and located just steps from the beach.

Rental comes with four beachtags (required for adults and children over 12).The underhouse has a washer and dryer and plenty of room to store your bikes and beachgear. House is set back from the road with plenty of parking.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two bedrooms each have two twin size beds. Bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets will be provided.

Barnegat Light is a very quaint, quiet little town with lots to see and do.The house is located second in from the ocean.  Just a few steps from the front door , at Tenth Street, a short walk will take you to the beach.  From the back yard , a short walk will take you to Ninth Street where a free beachtram will take you through the dunes  to the ocean. At the end of Tenth Street there is a baseball field, playground, basketball court, tenniscourt and a skating ramp.The bayside is just a few minutes away ,where you can rent kayaks and fishing boats.

Old Barney, the famous lighthouse is a 5 minute walk away, where a State Park is set up with picnictables to overlook the bay and the Lighthouse. It takes 217 steps to climb to the top !!!
