Located just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport in the fishing village of Bucerias, "Condo Playa Pacifico" (4th floor on the left) will provide you with a luxurious vacation at a great value.

This 2 year old beachfront condominium complex is located in one of the premier areas of Bucerias. It is literally steps from town and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that borders a tranquil pedestrian only boulevard leading to the beach.

The complex is fully secured with underground parking for those driving, elevator access, private stairs leading to the beach, a large beachfront infinity pool with outdoor shower, restroom, barbecue area and lush gardens.  The water serving the complex is purified for your safety.

Condo Playa Pacifico is furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional Mexican style furnishings and is designed for your comfort. Floor to ceiling sliding windows span the entire bay side of the condo for unprecedented views of the bay and provide access to the large covered terrace. It also comes complete with all the amenities you'd expect in an upscale luxury condominium.

Our English speaking property manager will greet you upon your arrival and provide you with information about local sites and great places to eat. She can also provide transportation to and from the airport directly to the condo.

Our condo is fully self contained with everything you'll need:

Air condition, ceiling fans, TV, DVD player, (satellite TV available upon request from our property manager) CD/Stereo, fully equipped kitchen, purified water and ice, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice,water dispenser, washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, iron, linens, beach towels, CDs/DVDs, games, books, infinity pool, underground parking. No smoking please.

Hiking, biking, golf, fishing, shopping, wildlife viewing, restaurants, horseback riding, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, sailing, surfing and just lounging around. For those seeking more lively activitis, Puerto Vallarta is minutes away and has world class shopping and entertainment. Buses and taxis are available nearby for travel to Puerto Vallarta, the airport and towns to the north.

Monthly and long term rates available

A deposit of 50% confirms your rate and reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
