Our house is in the Mountains of Malibu (the vineyard area).  Minutes to the beautiful

Malibu beaches. We are 6 miles from Zuma Beach. Very peaceful area. Lots of great

hiking and biking trails. Two minutes from wine tasting vineyards. Golf course 5 minutes.

The small town of Malibu has great shops and restaurants. Our house has 3 bedrooms

and 3 baths. Country kitchen with dinning area. A great room that's very confortable

and inviting. A patio area with gas barbecue.

We booked this house for our family to stay at during our son's graduation from Pepperdine University. Not only was Carol so incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, but the warm and inviting details she has put into this house made us feel like we were home! The house is tucked away in the mountains and is as charming as it appears in picture! The terraced backyard and grill is a great place to hang out and cook with the family, the kitchen is well-stocked, the living room spacious and cozy, and the entire house is well-maintained and clean. This house is within walking distance to one of Malibu's vineyards and a short drive to the Santa Monica Mountain Recreational area, where you can find wonderful hiking trails, and about 15 minutes to some of Malibu's best beaches. This house is great if you're looking for a place to relax and feel at home while in the Malibu area.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway

perfectly charming vacation cottage

My family and I had an incredible time staying in this malibu cottage. The charming cottage is nestled in the majestic malbu mountains and is surrounded by the most beautiful views and incredibly romantic vineyards. The sunsets were beyond breathtaking and my family and I enjoyed stargazing in the balmy evenings. I've already booked a couple weeks in this cottage for next summer! I fell in love with this cozy vacation destination. It's minutes away from the beach and it's tucked away ever so perfectly within the rolling hills of malibu vineyards. My family and I cannot wait to go back! I highly recommend this vacation cottage.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Spring Getaway

My experience couldn't have been better........
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner with a glass of wine from one of the local vineyards. The home is charming and very comfortable! The owners have an eye for detail. To our surprise there was a gift basket of fresh squeezed orange juice, muffins, and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us. The location of the home was perfect for the kind of vacation we were looking for. Along with enjoying the beautiful home and mountain setting, during our stay we walked to a couple local vineyards, hiked the trails of the Santa Monica Mountains, and enjoyed the famous Malibu beaches.
Thank you Carol & Mark for making our first trip to California so wonderful!

Recommended for: sight seeing, romantic getaway
