Madeira Beach Yacht Club - Modern, Spacious, Spotless! in Madeira Beach

This is a spacious condominium built on two levels (level 2&3) and it is part of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominiums complex. Recently it was completely renovated and refurnished in contemporary style.

At the entrance there is a large screened patio. The main level has a dining, room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a ½ bathroom. The bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer are on the second floor.

The unit has central air conditioning and fans in every room. Everything is in perfect working condition and it is spotless. Beside fridge, freezer and stove, dishwasher, (all new), in the kitchen you can find a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pancake maker, mixer and all dishes necessary for cooking and having meals at home. The granite countertop serves also as a bar where you can sit from the living room. A 42’’ LCD TV, a DVD player and a CD & radio entertainment system are set beside the fireplace in the living room. Two extendable sofas and all necessary bedding make two cozy beds if needed.

The dining room allows six people to sit comfortably around a very attractive table. The walk-in closet in the dining room contains the bedding for the sofas.

The master bedroom is very large having a sitting area with a comfortable love-seat and a 32’’TV. The bed is queen size. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a desk for a laptop set up for your convenience.

Madeira Beach is a city in Pinellas County situated on a barrier island that lies between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. This barrier island is lined with a charming collection of distinct communities, each with its unique personality and offerings, yet located close enough so that you can experience them easily. Those living in this small (2 miles long) Florida city are within minutes of the beach if they don't live right on it already.

St Petersburg, Tampa and Clearwater are within short driving distance from Madeira Beach (20 to 30 minutes). With an average of 360 days of sunshine each year, this area is a popular tourist and retirement destination.

St Petersburg is well regarded for its beaches, museums, art galleries, theatres, amusement parks, and shopping complexes. Saint Petersburg boasts the largest dedicated public waterfront park system of any city in North America, that stretches seven miles and is used year round for public events, festivals and other activities.

Tampa is home to Busch Gardens, one of the world’s largest and most popular adventure parks.

Just a few miles away is ‘John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk’. Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, cruise lines, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

90 minutes away is The Orlando area which is well known for a wide variety of tourist attractions, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando.

The wildlife of Florida is rich and varied. There are many wildlife viewing destinations in the area which can be searched through different sites online.

Throughout the area there are several outdoor equipment rentals, allowing you to engage in a large variety of water sports, cycling and horseback riding.

We offer discount prices for monthly rentals.

Price includes utilities, local telephone calls, bathroom and pool towels, linen, use
of the facilities on the complex and the tenancy registration fee. Parking is provided within the
complex for vehicles less than 19 feet in length (motorcycles and longer
vehicles must be parked outside in area adjacent to main gate).

Cleaning fee of $75 per stay and 12% Florida tourist taxes are not included.

This is a non smoking unit.
A 20% deposit is required to hold dates for you.

There is a $300 fully refundable extra cleaning/damage/excessive use of utilities deposit due with balance.

Deposit will not be cashed unless there is something damaged or missing within the unit. You will be notified if there is a problem. If there are no complaints, the deposit will be returned immediately.
