Located in rural ranching country of Summit County and a short walk to fishing the Green Mountain Reservoir at Blue River inlet.   Close by are the trail heads of the Cataract Lake and Falls area for some of the best in Colorado hiking.  Boat rentals are available up the road in Heeney.  Quiet, rustic, charming, housekeeping cabin is furnished with all the comforts of home.  

For many years we have been the place that many go for  a quiet getaway, a family vacation or a fishing retreat.  Many of our guests return again and again.  We are only 1.5 hours from Denver area, only 17 miles from the big Summit County resorts BUT a "million miles away" from it all - your mountain getaway.  

Clean, comfortable rustic cabins with all the modern conveniences.  These cabins have been reclaimed and remodeled over the years from their original 1940's state and updated for your comfort.  If you love the outdoors but also love having the comforts of home, this is where you can play outside, relax indoors to prepare for you next day playing outside.  Our cabins are fully
furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need to make your Colorado mountain getaway comfortable.  Each cabin is furnished with all the linens and bedding, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and wireless internet.  The one-bedroom cabins have satellite TV.   

Tucked away between two mountain ranges, the Gore and Williams Peak, the area offers the best in hiking, boating and fishing.  Hike the Cataract area trails, go shopping at the Outlets at Silverthorne, golf at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks in Silverthorne. Tour old mines and visit downtown Breckenridge just 45 minutes away. Enjoy rock climbing, hunting, white water rafting, kayaking, hang gliding, lake or fly fishing in the Gold Medal Trout waters of the Blue River. Bring you water ski boat or jet ski or rent a pontoon boat from the local marina.  4-wheeling trails are close by and you can go horseback riding at nearby Rusty Spur Ranch. Enjoy wildlife viewing, sightseeing, not to mention good old fashioned "doin' nothin' "! $100/weeknights, $120/weekend nights for up to 4 persons. 

Weekly rate is $700 for up to 4 persons. 

Add 5th person (over 12 years of age) for $20/night.
