During peak season weekly rentals will be booked first; then we will try to accomodate week-end stays when available.
Minimum rates are low season ( Sept. 15 thru March ) excluding holidays which
have a 2 nite minimum.
Maximum rates are peak season ( April 15 thru Labor day )
