Bookings of less than 7 nights are charged at daily rate of $250 per night off peak periods (January, February, May, September, October and November); or $259 per night peak periods (March, April, June, July, August and December).
Bookings of 28 nights or more are charged at monthly rates of $3000 off peak or $3500 at peak periods
For all bookings of 7 nights or less, there is also a full cleaning charge of $150 per booking.
A Damage Liability Waiver of $50 applies to all bookings. (Security deposit not required)
