Monthly:  $2750 + $350 security deposit + $250 cleaning fee

Post-Labor Day Weekend – Thanksgiving Weekend:

Weekly:  $850 + $250 security deposit + $100 cleaning fee

Monthly:  $2450 + $350 security deposit + $250 cleaning fee

Post-Thanksgiving Weekend – Jan 1:

Weekly:  $750 + $250 security deposit + $100 cleaning fee

Monthly:  $2150 + $350 security deposit + $250 cleaning fee

Jan 1 – April 21:

Weekly:  $650 + $250 security deposit + $100 cleaning fee

 Monthly:  $1850 + $350 security deposit + $250 cleaning fee

April 22 – Pre-Memorial Day Weekend:

Weekly:  $800 + $250 security deposit + $100 cleaning fee

 Monthly:  $2300 + $350 security deposit + $250 cleaning fee
