Little House on the Highway in Cooperstown

Our rental property is located approximately 7 miles east of Cooperstown and 11 miles from Dreams Park in the town of Middlefield, New York. The gray ranch-style house, situated on 5 open acres in a rural farming community, is a short ride to the Cooperstown area’s sightseeing attractions.

. You will find the home comfortable lodging for 6 - 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances, microwave, dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans, eating and cooking utensils and automatic coffeepot. French doors open to a large wood deck, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside, or barbecue on the outdoor gas grill. The front bedroom has a Queen size bed while the back bedroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds. The living room includes a full-size pull out sleep sofa, satellite television VCR, stereo and telephone (local and phone card or calling card only). We furnish bed linens and towels. The sheets and towels are to be cleaned and put back at the end of your stay. There is no maid service. You are responsible for cleaning and laundry. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Window air conditioners in all rooms. Property is offered on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $800 per week (Friday to Friday). A deposit of $400 is required to secure your reservation. All checks (payable to Herbert Griffiths) are to be mailed to my home address in Connecticut. The balance of $400 is due 3 weeks before the start of your rental week. The physical handling of the house is done by my lifelong friend, a general contractor by profession. He resides within 5 miles of the rental property. I welcome any questions.
