This special get-away is located in FishHawk Ranch in Lithia - central Florida's premier family neighborhood, about 9 miles east of I-75. The Selmon Crosstown Expressway, State Road 60, and US 301 are easily accessible.

The entire top floor of a 2 story stand-alone building will be yours, no shared walls or noisy upstairs neighbors. The unit is a one bedroom one bath apartment with living area, dining, and full kitchen.  The bedroom has a full size bed.  A full size, extra deep (thicker mattress) murphy bed is included in the living area.  A private entrance and off-street parking are available. A fenced courtyard with fountain and tropical landscaping will invite you to relax a while. You'll feel at home from the moment you drive into the beautiful residential neighborhood with surrounding nature preserves and tree-lined streets.

Park Square is within walking distance from the apartment - here you can enjoy open-air dining or stay up late at the Wine & Cheese Cellar. Treat yourself with a visit to the spa & nail salon, or watch the kids play in the fountain.

Walk on over to the Aquatic Center with its pool & waterfall, water slide, & pool-side cafe - schedule a massage there too.

FishHawk's many nature trails are perfect for biking, walking, or rollerblading. Along the way you will pass ponds stocked for fishing. Canoe the Alafia River at Alderman's Ford Park, or hit the off-road bike trails at Alafia River State Park, both just a 10 minute drive away. Or swim in an authentic Florida freshwater spring-fed swimming hole at Lithia Springs Park, a 5 minute drive. Bloomingdale Golf course, driving range, and mini golf are all nearby.

Want to do some shopping? Publix, Walgreens, and many other stores are less than a mile away. Apart from the many fine malls of Tampa, the nearby town of Brandon features the Town Center Mall. The Outlet Mall of Ellenton is just a half hour down the highway as well.
