It includes an upgraded kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. A living room / dining room combo and 2 full baths. It is approx. 1400 sq. ft and fully furnished. Willing to remove furniture for 12 month + leases. There is a washer / dryer inside unit with cleaning items supplied. HD Cable TV and wireless high-speed internet is available too.
Weekly / Monthly or Yearly Leases. Rates vary depending on term of lease, unfurnished v. furnished and seasons. Rental rate is $1800 per month during December through April.
