Stunning Private Beachfront Estate On the Sand in Capistrano Beach

This is not your typical beach cottage.  This is a true luxury beach front estate boasting more than 5200 sq feet of living space.  Fabulous architecture, stunning views,  oceanfront spa, luxury linens, great beds, and a chef's dream kitchen are just a few of the things that make our home a 5 star destination.  We cater to the discriminating guest where cleanliness and your comfort are our top priority. 

Featuring 5 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and an open loft area,  sleeping a  total of 16.  There are 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 full, 2 roll-away twins and 2 sofa beds (1 full, 1 queen).  In addition there are two 1/2 baths, one being a powder bath servicing the living area and a 1/2 bath accessed from the outside to accommodate the beach goers as well as an outside open hot/cold shower.

There are phenomenal views from almost every room of the house.  The Master Suite encompasses the entire ocean front width of the property with unbelievable views from the San Clemente Pier to the Dana Point Harbor and beyond.

A generous starter supply of basic soaps (including Laundry detergent), cleaning supplies and paper goods provided.  These will not be replenished during your stay. 

In reality, this house is THE vacation but if you feel you must do something our location is ideal! 

We are 60 miles south of LA and 60 miles north of San Diego--this making our location within a 60-80 minute drive to almost all "must see" Southern California attractions.  After spending a day at Disneyland or a day at the Zoo you will welcome coming "home" to your beach house.  Here you can relax, soak in the Spa, or flop on a chaise lounge with a good book while getting energized for the next days excursions. 

Locally, we have the quaint town of San Clemente just a few miles to the south.  Here you can walk along Del Mar Street with its numerous shops and cafes or go to the Pier and take a leisurey stroll to the end of the Pier and back stopping to have a cool drink at the Pierside restaurant before heading back to your Beachhouse.

Dana Point Harbor is just 2-3 miles to the south making it a nice walk from the Beach House.  If you choose to drive there is  plenty of free parking.  As with most Marina's there are a plethora restaurants for you to choose from where you can enjoy a leisurly breakfast, lunch or dinner as you watch daily Harbor action.  Coffee Importers is a great place to sit back and watch the world go by over a great cup of coffee.    Although the Harbor is small it carries all the amenities of a larger harbor.  Sport fishing charters, daily ferry to Catalina, Kayak, Jet Ski and SUP (stand up paddle) Board rentals year round.  During low tides they have amazing tide pools.   There is also the Ocean Institute which has become nationally known for its hands-on marine science, environmental education and maritime history programs.  It is open to the public on weekends. 

San Juan Capistrano is 4-5 miles inland.  You could drive or walk to San Juan Capistrano as they have a creekside path from Dana Point into San Juan that offers a great walk or bike ride in lieu of driving.  However you decide to get there you must see the revitalized Mission San Juan or the Historic Los Rios District.

Laguna Beach is also a must see town that is 10 miles or so to our North.   Plenty of Art Galleries and Cafes to keep you busy for a better part of a day.

South Orange County (which is where Capistrano Beach is located) has world renowned SHOPPING with South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island a quick 20-25 minute drive to our north.  It is also home to numerous GOLF courses that will challenge and hone your golfing skills.

Low Season  $ 7,500 (Sept 18-June 19th) EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS

3 night rental  $1600 per night  

Off Season 4-6 nights $1250 per night  

CLEANING FEE  $450

50% due when reservation is made (non refundable)

Balance due (plus Security Deposit) 60 days prior to Check-in date.

All monies are non-refundable.  However, we will try to re-rent the property on your behalf--if and only if it is re-rented for the same period for the like amount of money, we will at that time refund your monies less a 20% cancellation fee.
