Forever Cottage is a charming, one-bedroom guest cottage, just steps from Main Street in the scenic village of Sag Harbor, NY, available to rent for weekends or week-long stays - year-round. Sag Harbor is a beautiful, historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ('the Hamptons'). In addition to picturesque scenery and classic New England architecture, Sag Harbor offers theater, restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, sailing, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more.

Forever Cottage is centrally located and is an easy 5 minute walk to the village, bay beach and the Hampton Jitney bus stop. The ocean beach is a short drive away. The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in the home next door. Forever Cottage has its own private entrance, garden and parking space, with porch swing and picnic table outdoors - the perfect escape!

1 Bedroom - 1 Queen bed. Linens provided. TV/DVD, Central air conditioning.
1 Bathroom - Shower only. Towels provided.
Full-Kitchen Option - Cottage converts to include a full, state-of-the-art, eat-in kitchen with all appliances, dishware etc. including gas stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, utensils and cookware, dining table and chairs.
Mini-Kitchen/Economy Option - Full kitchen not included, but lounge area includes microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, dishware and utensils.  This is the ideal option for those who prefer a more economical rental rate, and/or who plan to avail themselves of the many fine restaurants in the area.

Summer (Peak): May 22 -Sep 7, 2009     
Full Kitchen - $425 per night / $2,500 week
Mini-Kitchen Only - $325 per night / $2,000 week

Fall: Sep 8 - Oct 31, 2009     
Full Kitchen - $325 per night / $2,000 week
Mini-Kitchen Only - $250 per night / $1,500 week

Winter: Nov 1  - Mar 31, 2010    
Full Kitchen - $275 per night / $1,750 week
Mini-Kitchen Only - $200 night / $1,200 week
