These rates are being offered for long term rental only at a HUGE discount as our regular rate is $7500 per month. To qualify we require minimum 3 month rental available from September 1st. Summer rental for May, June, July and August requires a minimum 7 day stay and is 495 per night. Please check availability on our calendar as we are selling out fast.
