Centrally located to attractions and restaurants, these two 8 bedroom duplexes are perfect for family reunions. Its large, spacious floorplan allows plenty of space for get togethers. With an oceanfront pool that is shared with the other side, this home is perfect! Great for reunions rent one side (8BR, 8BA) or both for large groups (16 BR, 16 BA).

8 Bedrooms (1 King, 7 Queens and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas) and 8 full baths for each side of the duplex.

    vacation rental rates

    Check-out maid service, linen service, insurance included. The weekly rate is the same for each side of the duplex.  We only allow weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Allows off-season monthly rentals. During the off-season months, we are very flexible with which days you would like to stay and the length of your stay. During off-season, the weekly rate is discounted more than 70%.

    Great Family vacation in Surfside beach

    We had a great time in Surfside beach - the week leading up to Hurricane Irene..... The entire week was great - the house was very spacious and clean. We really appreciated several of the amenities - private bath for every bedroom upstairs, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers. This worked out so well for a multi-family vacation.

    The beach was fantastic - not crowded at all...

    We just had a lot of rain on the day Irene glanced by, the beach and house withstood the wind and rain well...

    Would definitely go back.....

    First time staying oceanfront. It was well worth it. This home is very well maintained. Everything about this place made our stay one of the most enjoyable. 8 bathrooms meant all could get ready at the same time to get out to all the attractions offered by the great location of this home. A little more than we usually spend but with the amount of space we were able to take along more people which cut down on expenses. this was about the 17th time to this area and due to this house, it was the best time of all. We will definitly return to this home.

    This was more than we could have imagined. The fit was perfect for 4 large families. Our families will stay at Treasures again. Thanks for the warm hospitality when booking our stay.
