With an oceanfront pool that is shared with the other side, this home is perfect! Great for reunions rent one side (8BR, 8BA) or both for large groups (16 BR, 16 BA).

vacation rental rates
Check-out maid service, linen service, all taxes, insurance, etc included. The weekly rate is the same for each side of the duplex. We only allow weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Allows off-season monthly rentals. During the off-season months, we are very flexible with which days you would like to stay and the length of your stay. During off-season, the weekly rate is discounted more than 70%.
If you are interested in reserving both sides of the duplex, I will give you a 10% off discount of the total rent.
