Pleasures/Treasures is an oceanfront duplex that may be rented as an 8 Br oceanfront side (sleeps 20) or as a 16 Br/16 Ba oceanfront sides (sleeps 40). This house has its own spacious living/dining area with panoramic views of the beach through its wall-to-wall glass french doors.  Each 8 Br side is perfect for large families and groups. Its large, spacious floorplan allows plenty of space for get togethers. With two large oceanfront decks both upstairs and downstairs as well as a private dunewalk for very easy beach access, the private pool simply adds to its charm!  

8 Bedrooms (1 King, 7 Queens and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas) and 8 full baths for each side of the duplex.

Allows nightly/monthly rentals during off-season months (November through March). During peak season months (April through October), rentals are normally from Sat to Sat, but may be somewhat flexible (as long as rentals are more than 3 nights). Always weekly rentals from Sat to Sat during peak season. There is a $300 price increase during Thanksgiving and Easter. Prices below are for one side and do not include taxes, but linens are included for weekly rentals.
