This beautiful condo has everything for a perfect vacation! Close to everything!!!! All furnishings from mattresses to the kitchen table are new delivered on July 7 2009.

This is a large top floor end unit condo that offers a private deck with, tables, and chairs. Parking for 2 cars in garage. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo is just five years old and furnished for your enjoyment. Extremely large living and dining room with 50' flat screen TV & DVD, with deck off dining room, Full Kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen LCD TV, ceiling fan, and a full private bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a twin size bed, a flat screen LCD TV, and ceiling fan, The third bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen LCD TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a second full bath with combination tub and shower. Blankets, comforters and pillows are provided. All you need to bring are your sheets and towels.

Bedding Information: 1 Queen, 3 Full and 1 Twin. Sleeps a total of 9 very comfortably.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There are 4 tv's in the unit, (living room and all three bedrooms) with 100 channel cable service, and 1 DVD players. Wireless internet service is also provided.

SORRY WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS UNDER 25.

Condo was as advertised ~ short walk to beach, close to boardwalk & restaurants. A nice layout with a U shape kitchen instead of a galley kitchen which was more workable. Plenty of hangers which we never have in rentals. Ceiling fans could have been dusted and vacuum run in stairway & landing. When we arrived the garage door was not operating . When I called the owner he had someone on site & repair complete within the hour. We had 11 people and were comfortable with the accommodations. The one draw back was the bedroom with 2 full size beds was rather a tight fit and the closet was not usable. There was, however, an armoire & night stand for clothing. It was also great having a full size washer/dryer! One restaurant tip ~ The Lobster Shack was a disappointment. We did not go for the early discount so were not expecting a cheap meal, but we at least expected to have enough food to satisfy us ` very small portions!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

The apartment was very spacious and can accommodate a large group with ease. The furnishings, however, are cheap and in poor repair. There are numerous marks and “dings” on the walls. The carpeting has definitely seen better days. Each bedroom and the living room have a television, but the cable is digital basic. The DVD player was lacking its own remote, which was inconvenient. The wifi internet access was nice, however. The kitchen is small, and the appliances are adequate for reheating leftovers or preparing a drink. If you are serious about cooking, you will want to bring your own knives and other basic equipment. The laundry facilities are a good amenity, and there are plenty of cleaning supplies available, including a vacuum cleaner. The parking is very tricky if you are driving anything other than a small car, and you do not have the option of forgoing the garage (you are informed in no uncertain terms that your car will be towed if you park outside the garage). The garage door opening is very narrow, and if you are bringing your family to the beach in a van, you will need nerves of steel and a good spotter to negotiate it. Once you succeed, you won’t want to move the car again for the length of your stay. On the other hand, the place is less than a block from the boardwalk, and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance (don't expect the best in fine dining, however). If you are bringing young children, you should know that the furnishings and fittings are not exactly “kid friendly.” For example, there is a glass coffee table, and the dishes are all very breakable. There are outlet covers on some, but not all, of the electrical outlets. The deck is accessed via a sliding glass door with a broken lock. The main entrance door can be opened from the inside regardless of whether the door is locked. You may also want to be extra cautious. We accidently broke one of the cheap kitchen chairs during our stay, and the owner deducted an outrageous amount from our damage deposit to replace it. By my best estimate, four comparable chairs could have been purchased for the amount charged. For what I ultimately paid, it might have been better to stay in a hotel that is more comfortably appointed, provides linen and towels, and has better parking, even if it does lack kitchen and laundry facilities. I believe it might have afforded me more peace of mind and contributed to a better trip.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, tourists without a car

Perfect Location Great Place

This is a great vacation rental perfect location if you want something close to the beach & boardwalk. Parking a little tough but once you have parked your car for the week you will not need it again. Nice view from the balcony. Owners very attentive to needs Would not hesitate to rent again next year. Thank you for providing a great place in a great location.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
