Two story newly finished (we are still doing small stuff) cabin nestled among the pines. Swains Creek is located about 5 miles past Duck Creek Village going East. Hiking and ATV trails in National Forrest within l mile of cabin.
Cal King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed and single bed in second bedroom. Full bath with shower upstairs, downstairs bath has tub/shower.
There are no really close neighbors so you can hear the wind blowing through the trees or the rain on the tin roof. However, the two neighbors can help if they are there and you need something, just ask. There is emergency 911 from the cabin phone.
Cabin is located on trail deer take up and down the mountain each day. Along with the deer, there are wild turkeys, chipmonks and plenty of wild birds that come right up to the cabin for food.

Located central to Bryce Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Coral Sand Dunes, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Zions and Cedar Breaks. Grand Canyon North Rim within 3 hour drive. Plenty of fishing spots including the pond at Swains Creek. Fishing the Pond requires no license and you are allowed 5 trout per day!
I have collected brochures of the surrounding sights so you can decide what to do and where to spend your time during your stay.
Duck Creek rents ATVs and snowmobiles and there are plenty of trails to ride or hike. Horse back riding available nearby. Canoes and small boats rental at Navajo Lake (about 8 miles from Swains Creek) for fishing.
Deer food available at TrueValue Hardware in Duck Creek and as long as you are still they come right to the cabin to eat at least twice a day even if you are sitting out on the deck.

$125 per night - 3 night minimum
$600 per week, snow removal fees in winter months plus cost of fire wood to be added.
Refundable Security Deposit: $200 , +$50 per pet; if cabin left in original arrival condition and pet waste picked up if on property.
One half of Rental rate + deposits due at time of booking to secure desired dates, remaining one half due within 7 days of arrival. Payment in form of check or money order only. No credit cards.
