appliances (dishwasher/stove/microwave/refrigerator) including
washer
& dryer. Simply supply the food and drink and you’re ready to settle
in for the season. The dining table has an extra leaf to comfortably
seat 6 for dinner. You’ll find a 27” TV w/ DVD player as well. High-
speed Internet connection is available for an additional $30/month.

This property is tucked away on the edge of the water between the
mangroves - - very private. The beach access is great for wading,
nature walks, or just to watch the gorgeous sunsets. A short walk,
or
bike ride will bring you to the white sand beaches of Sunset Park or
Howard Park - - both beautiful beaches w/ picnic tables, showers,
etc. If you are interested in the tourist beaches of Clearwater,
they
are about 20 minutes south.

Tarpon Springs is a wonderful Greek village known for its great food
and world-famous sponge divers! You can stroll through the village,
or visit the charming downtown district with its shops and
restaurants.

Monthly rentals require a deposit of 50% one month's rent. A
security
deposit of $250 is required to cover any abnormal breakage or other
damage over and above normal wear and tear. This will be refunded
within 30 days of your last day.
