Boathouse w/ upper 30' x 30' & fridge for fun in Lake Gaston

Awesome double level boathouse with 2 bays for boats and 2 jet ski lifts.  Upper level has great view of cove.  Water depth 5' with a gradual slope from the shore.   Refrigerator on boathouse along with swings, hammocks, & chairs.  Volleyball/ badmitton sand court, fire pit, screened in deck on side of mobile home.  Clean updated interior with new windows.  Large circular drive to accomidate several vehicles.  Plenty of room for tents and lots of fun. (easy walk to boat house great for the elderly to enjoy)

You can sit on the boathouse and enjoy all the water activities without being in the boat.  It is a great view from the top or get out of the sun and sit on the first level.  Either way you will not be dissappointed.

The creek is calm early in the day or late in the afternoon.  It is great for paddling around or just floating on your float.  Creek width at the boathouse is a quarter mile wide great for pulling tubes and people to see from the boathouse so that "everyone" can enjoy the fun.

The key to this place is that everyone can enjoy and not leave people on the shore to wait their turn!

Air conditioned with wall unit (plenty for the size)  Fans in all the bedrooms & kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster furnished.  Charcoal grill and smoker also on premises.

Cable ready.  We chose not to have so that maximum "family" time playing games & fishing from the dock at night.  Great catfish catches at night or just roasting marsh mellows by the fire.

Food Lion less than a mile away, drug store, ABC and BB&T in the same center.  There are several restaurants within 10 minutes.  Lizard Creek restaurant in on our cove and can accessed by water.  The marina is 30 minutes by water and has a great grill.  Lots more places to see and enjoy.

Boating, skiing, tubing, and the dock to watch it all.  Several marinas and restaurants ready for access by water.

Cruise the lake a check out all the mansions on the water.  What you'll notice is the great views with horrible walks to the water.  This will confirm that a great boathouse beats any main lake property.
