Located on the crest of the hill above the quaint village of Cold Spring and nestled in the center of the historic Highlands region of the Hudson Valley, this 1919 private home is a hilltop escape all your own. With 5 bedrooms that sleep up to 9 people, 3 baths and a fully equipped kitchen it offers the perfect site for a family gathering or reunion of old friends. Stroll through the hedge gardens, swim in the inground pool, gaze at the spectacular sunsets, chat around the floating firebowl, warm by the woodstove, hike the mile of footpaths in our very own private hilltop park.

Just over one hour from Manhattan! Cold Spring is accessible by car from both the Palisades and Taconic Parkways and Highways 87 and 84; and by train on the Metro North Hudson Line to/from Grand Central Station.

Hiking opportunities at all levels abound in Cold Spring! Hike the only fjord on the Hudson River or take it easy and meander the paths of nearby Fahnestock State Park. Mountain bikes and kayaks are available for rent in the village. Tee times are available by calling The Highlands Country Club or The Garrison.

Also, join the historical village walking tour at 2pm Sundays at the base of Main Street.
