This large, family home is a block from Malibu's Zuma Beach and the private Broad Beach area. We have a wonderful backyard with huge trees and access to a private creek/creek bed behind the house. The yard has hammocks, swings, and a beautiful view. The home is spacious and comfortable, with tile and hardwood floors throughout. 



The Master bedroom suite has two double beds and cathedral ceilings with inviting views from the many windows and its own outside access to the yard, and a very large attached study/bedroom with a comfy sofa bed and its own patio. 



There are three additional bedrooms, one - the former Master bedroom - with its own attached, newly remodeled bathroom and king sized bed. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The house also has DSL and wireless Internet access, jacuzzi bath tub and steam shower, piano, and many other comforts of home.



IMPORTANT FOR BARGAIN SHOPPERS: This house is also available as a THREE-BEDROOM, TWO-BATH rental for a reduced fee. (This means not renting the Master-bedroom suite-with attached study, but renting the other master bedroom with bath and patio, as well as two double-bed bedrooms and an additional bathroom.) Please inquire about the 3-bedroom option if you're looking for something even more affordable.



This area is especially well-suited to those who want the feel of a small Midwestern town combined with the famous Malibu landscape and weather. Within a minute or two walk, there are two neighborhood tennis courts, serenely nestled in the mountains.

The house is located in a friendly, comfortable, very safe family neighborhood. There's a grocery store and Starbucks within a very short walk, but at night, the stars take center stage; there are no street lights, and you'll enjoy the true country feel, combined with sounds of the ocean off in the distance.

We have a very private neighborhood beach, just three or four minutes walk and less than a minute’s drive from your front door. There are two privately paid lifeguards, picnic tables, barbeque, swingset and play equipment. The beach in this area is one of the best in Southern California, known for its great swimming, surfing and boogie-boarding. Come and enjoy!
